You lead the church.
I’ll help you keep everything moving.
CHURCH OPERATIONS SUPPORT
Remote operations support for pastors and church leaders who need help turning everything they’re carrying into a clear plan - and making sure the important things don’t fall through the cracks.
There’s a lot to keep up with when you’re leading a church.
You know what needs to happen. The problem is keeping all of it moving while you’re also leading people, preparing for services, making decisions, and responding to whatever ministry brings that week.
Events that need to be planned
Projects that need follow-up
People you need to contact
Deadlines that are approaching
Administrative tasks you don’t have time for
Ideas you don’t want to forget
Details that keep falling through the cracks
You don’t have to keep all of it in your head.
HOW IT WORKS
We turn what’s in your head into a plan.
Each week, we meet for a short operations meeting. You bring what’s on your mind—upcoming events, unfinished projects, people you need to contact, decisions that need to be made, ideas you don’t want to forget, and tasks that have been hanging over your head.
Together, we turn all of that into an actionable plan.
01- CLARIFY
02 - PRIORITIZE
03 - ASSIGN
04 - FOLLOW THROUGH
What actually needs your attention right now?
What needs to happen now, what can wait, and what can come off your plate?
What’s the next step, and who needs to own it?
I keep projects, deadlines, and unfinished tasks in front of us so they don’t quietly fall through the cracks.
You leave the meeting knowing what matters, what happens next, and who is responsible for moving it forward.
WEEKLY SUPPORT
Practical support for the things that keep ministry moving.
Every church is different, so the exact support will vary based on what you’re carrying. The goal is not to give you another system to manage—it’s to help you manage what’s already on your plate.
PLANNING + FOLLOW-THROUGH
Weekly operations meetings
Prioritization and next-step planning
Project and deadline tracking
Follow-up and accountability
Event and project coordination
ADMIN + SYSTEMS
Selected administrative tasks
Research
Calendar and scheduling support
Planning Center support as needed
Simple systems for recurring administrative needs
Sometimes the most helpful thing I can do is simply take something off your plate.
That might mean researching a solution, following up on an unfinished project, organizing the details for an upcoming event, or creating a simple process so the same problem doesn’t have to be solved again next month.
SUPPORT THAT UNDERSTANDS MINISTRY
Spend more time working in your strengths.
Church leadership requires you to wear a lot of hats—but you don’t have to be equally good at all of them.
My role is to help manage the projects, systems, administrative details, and follow-up that are necessary for ministry to function well, so you can spend more of your capacity doing the work you are uniquely equipped to do.
I understand church life because I live it too.
I’m not approaching your church like a typical business.
As a pastor’s wife and church leader myself, I understand the unique dynamics of ministry—the people, volunteers, changing priorities, busy seasons, events, pastoral schedules, and the reality that sometimes the plan changes because ministry happened.
That perspective allows me to step into the operational side of a church without needing you to explain why church life works differently.
WHAT CHURCH LEADERS ARE SAYING
Support that makes a difference week after week.
“Working with Shelley has been a blessing for our church and for me personally. She helps me stay focused on the tasks at hand while also looking ahead. I tend to focus on the big things, while the little things can easily fall through the cracks. Shelley helps me keep everything together through weekly reminders, check-ins, and meeting debriefs.”
“Shelley has made an incredible impact on the administrative operations of our church. She has helped consolidate my responsibilities into manageable pieces and allows me to work in my strengths by helping me manage the tasks that are required of me but don’t fall within those strengths. We highly recommend her services!”
“As a pastor’s wife, I felt the brunt of the responsibility of church operations—events, tasks, my husband’s schedule, and so much more. As a wife and mother, I simply didn’t have the bandwidth to maintain that load. Having Shelley on our team has been an incredible blessing. As a pastor’s wife herself, she understands ministry and brings a unique level of support to my husband and our church.”
CHURCH OPERATIONS SUPPORT
Consistent support. Clear follow-through. More room to lead
$750/month
Church Operations Support includes up to 10 hours of remote support each month, including our weekly operations meetings and the ongoing administrative, project, and follow-up support we determine is most valuable for your church.
Support is month-to-month. If a larger project falls outside the normal scope of our work, we’ll discuss it in advance and determine whether it should be quoted separately.
Could this be the support you’ve been missing?
If you’re carrying too many of the operational details of your church—or you simply need someone to help you keep projects, people, and priorities moving—I’d love to hear what’s on your plate.
We’ll start with a short 20-minute conversation to talk about what you need and determine whether Church Operations Support is a good fit.
Currently accepting two additional churches.
